Bob WE WANT YOU! Team had good vibe, synergy and no drama. 95% of team has been sailing together for 18-24 months. Viper Cap'd Fleet does not appear to be in a secretive arms race. Multiple clubs including Bucs, MYC, BWYC, SYC, PontchartrainYC, GPort and even fleet measurers have been very helpful in sharing info and getting boat - sailors up to speed. Gport even gave us a custom fab mast chock. Thank you. We finally have the rig tune set right for our sails and appear to have upwind speed with everyone except the Bay. Boat handling is most improved, we stopped hitting our competitors and they like that. Our crew-weight-talent match ups our starting to work out also. We need help with down wind lanes, angles and not sailing so deep the last portion of down wind legs near marks. WE R MOST IMPROVED. Shout out to SYC on hosting event and all of those that helped.
