Not sure how to help. After a quick google search, multiple people have hit top speeds of 22 mph. Even boats like the Cape 31, Melges 32, and E-Scow don't do that all that often. They rate 15, 15, and 54 respectively. I understand upwind in light air may be different but I would assume under 100 would be reasonable.
