I enjoy the Vipers, the evening card games, Friday night happy hour and Wednesday Night Racing. The club did struggle to support more than 2 dinners a month. The best attended dining type events are always, Louies oyster night, the crafish boil and lobster night. The steak night also drew a good crowd along with the Iron Chef Cookoff. All good but I would limit it to twice a month. Seemed like I recall when they did 4 events a month attendance was 15-20. When they did two dinning activities a month attendance was 50 plus.
