Good news is the club is in solid shape. Balance sheet & Cash position are excellent.

Regarding deposit-initiation fee.
- I am ok with waiving initiation fee for first 25 new members with credit scores over 700
-Need the credit score as financing monthly bar tabs for alcohol can be a big money loser
-For those with out the credit score, make the initiation fee to a low of $200. Have their bill set up on direct sweep from checking or to credit card. If they make their dues-bar payment on time for 24 months they get a $200 credit on their account
-Limit the new member deal to 25 and do it for 90 days. Create a sense of urgency to join.
-Make sure the club and fleet is in good shape. Especially the boats. They have to be usable. I see that NOYC is getting new bottoms at Sintes and the Viper is getting a makeover.
