Are you complaining about the RC’s efforts (volunteer: you get what you pay for but it’s still a pretty good value) or are you just whining about Multi-rating Handicap systems. You are assuredly in the minority if it’s the latter; just because phrf only has one possible result doesn’t mean it’s accurate.. I’ve watched a lot of pretty terrible sailors win a lot of races with phrf, despite their best efforts to lose.
