Just a few questions though:

Do you ever reach out to any schools to get more kids?

Would these kids need their own coach? Or can they join the current high school program?

Would the kids from the schools that offer compensation take precedence over the kids from the schools that do not?

Does anyone try to get these kids on boats of members of the club to get them interested in sailing year round?

If the Juniors win a Lipton before the adults, will NOYC barr the Jr program from competing until they win?
