So the truck pulling our brand new boat or the old boat over for the Jr Liptons regatta, if for nothing else than practice and the experience of going to regattas, must have broken down..shame, someone could have called Triple A, any one of 20 or thirty members, or me and i would have brought another tow vehicle...

We have a Jr program!......this is the top event for Jr's!.... and yet ?????

What was missing or needed that the club did not supply, besides our team?

Is it possible that when some of the older (dare I say Boomers...no I dare not) let's call them shakers and movers of things step aside for the new generation to step up and do things we forgot that those of the millennial ilk are so self absorbed they failed to do for the next generation what others did for theirs?
