It’s been 15 years since wet or dry affected rating. All the rating changes based on performance now get double whammy with dry rule. melges 24 all are dry, so they get hit again. Macgregor 25 Rating been hit 18 seconds over the years while dry sailing. Double whammy.

I bet the 3 lifts Per year will be enforced which is mainly why wet/dry went away.

I do not remember ORREZ having bottom condition on application.
