Members,

Many of you may have heard today's statement by the Governor which mandates statewide that as of midnight tonight March 16, all restaurants, bars, and other gathering places are required to close until April 13.

The Governing Committee met today and was unanimous in their decision that in order to comply with this directive, and to do our part in mitigating any possible transmission to our members or staff, we are closing the club starting tomorrow, Tuesday March 17. We understand this is a stressful time, but our first concern is the health, safety, and well being of our members and staff. We encourage members and staff to stay up to date from the following web sites:

We are evaluating several options going forward that are allowed within the new restrictions imposed such as food to go. The Governing Committee has also suspended the food & beverage minimum for the first two quarters. All events, regattas, and clinics are postponed until this ban has been lifted and we can reschedule. Please stay tuned for updates for the club by email or our website. Remember while this is a serious problem and inconvenient it is temporary and we hope to be back to normal as soon as possible.

We will send out another announcement later this week when we have more information about what we are able to do.
