Looks like we got it right now. People had issues with the six second dry sail penalty for WNR so we changed it. See below.

-2 BOTY Awards 1 NON SPIN and 1 Spin
-You get average score if 3 or more of your regular crew-skipper perform RC for races which you missed.
-Individual Champagne and SYC series do not count towards NOYC BOTY
-Only series races count
-You can get your average if your boat races in Ccup or Pcola race (allowed for any 3 races including race prior to Ccup or race after Pcola.) Example race prior to Ccup, race after Ccup and race after Pcola.
-Low point scoring First-1point Second-2points etc, tie breaker most firsts, then who beat who in last race including fleet.
-Dry sailed boats will have nine seconds subtracted from their GYA issued PHRF rating for Wednesday night races
-First boat to win 10 first in fleet finishes automatically wins BOTY
